Job Location: 180 Watson Parkway, South in Guelph, ON
Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: Monday to Friday 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation: $20.30/hour to start and $23.05/hour after probationary period
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Principal Accountabilities
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Rotating roles in grinding meat process; operating machine, making boxes, loading boxes, pack product, push boxes into machine, label boxes and lift each box (60lbs or 30kgs) off conveyor to place on skid
- Working with raw/frozen meat particularly but not limited to Beef and Pork
- Utilize a Skid Stacker/Ergo Lift to move skids full of product
- Ability to work in temperature controlled (Cold 0-4 Celsius) environment
- Performing repetitive labour in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Ability to understand and follow instructions with high attention to detail in completing tasks
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be currently legal to work in Canada
- Must be comfortable with loading/packing and boxing raw/frozen meat products in a cold and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to continuously push, pull, twist and lift product weighing (60lbs or 27 kgs) with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in loading products and machine operation in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Food processing production experience
