JOB DESCRPITION
As the Warranty Services Representative, you will be responsible for responding to consumers regarding roofing warranties and processing claims.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL;
Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Process all documents within the companyu2019s standard Service Levels
Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
Process claims within the companyu2019s claims management system
Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Some experience in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and French
Dispute resolution skills
