Bilingual Leasing Administration/Sales

CONTRACT

Montreal- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

In this customer‑focused role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound rental inquiries from prospective tenants by phone and email.
  • Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate property offerings.
  • Booking, confirming, and documenting inbound rental appointments for the field sales team.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely, friendly, and effective communication.
  • Meeting performance targets related to call quality, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
  • Performing administrative tasks as required by management.
  • Every customer interaction contributes to our success—your ability to create an excellent first impression is vital to our business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to helping customers.
  • Energetic, positive, and professional phone presence.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to ask clear, effective probing questions.
  • Strong influencing and customer‑engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and multiple software applications; fast and accurate typing skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to recommend process improvements.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.

Work Expectations

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work within our operating hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday (EST).
  • Shifts are assigned on a rotational basis following completion of training.

Responsabilités principales

Dans ce rôle axé sur le service à la clientèle, vous serez responsable de :

  • Répondre aux demandes de location entrantes provenant de locataires potentiels, par téléphone et par courriel.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et les associer efficacement à nos offres immobilières.
  • Planifier, confirmer et consigner les rendez‑vous de location entrants pour l’équipe des ventes sur le terrain.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à une communication rapide, professionnelle et conviviale.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de performance liés à la qualité des appels, la rapidité de réponse et l’engagement client.
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives selon les besoins de la direction.
  • Contribuer à créer une excellente première impression à chaque interaction, un élément essentiel à notre succès.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
  • Fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles et véritable volonté d’aider les clients.

  • Compétences informatiques avancées, incluant une saisie rapide et précise.
  • Capacité à utiliser simultanément plusieurs applications logicielles.
  • Grande attention aux détails et précision dans la documentation.
  • Capacité à s’adapter à un volume de travail variable et à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Esprit d’initiative et capacité à proposer des améliorations aux processus.
  • Une expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle constitue un atout.

Conditions de travail

  • 40 heures par semaine.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon notre plage horaire : 8h à 20h, du lundi au dimanche (HNE).
  • Les quarts de travail seront assignés de manière rotative une fois la formation complétée.
