Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Beauty Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart in Keswick, ON. The Beauty Specialist will provide personalized beauty consultations, demonstrate and recommend skincare and makeup products, and maintain a neat and organized workspace. Additional duties include staying informed about the latest beauty trends, offering outstanding customer service, and assisting in inventory management and sales activities. The role requires commitment to ensuring each customer feels confident and cared for in their beauty choices.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in skincare, makeup application, and current beauty trends
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in consultative selling and product recommendations
Organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is an asset but not necessary
