You’ll work on diverse assignments—from planning assessments to conducting site visits—while collaborating with passionate professionals committed to making workplaces safer and healthier.

Your Impact



  • Lead and participate in industrial hygiene field assignments, including IH monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveys, and indoor air quality evaluations.

  • Assist senior staff with EHS audits and program development to strengthen workplace safety.

  • Collect, document, and analyze field data using advanced tools and technology.

  • Prepare clear, concise technical reports and visualizations for clients and project teams.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative, practical solutions.

  • Travel to client sites (up to 50% of your time), with trips ranging from 1 to 10 days.

  • Uphold WSP’s Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace.


The Skills That Set You Apart



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.

  • Proficiency with IH sampling techniques and equipment.

  • Working knowledge of Canadian and provincial occupational health and safety laws and regulations.

  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments, with willingness to travel to industrial and mine sites.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to sites year-round.

Compensation


BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $60,100 – $79,600


MB & ON: $54,800 – $75,400


Atlantic Provinces & QC: $54,200 – $72,000
