This is a chef-inspired, full-service concept with a strong bar program, designed for guests who expect more—even on the move.BrWe’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who thrives in high-volume environments, leads from the floor, and partners closely with both the Restaurant General Manager and Kitchen Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences./pp /ppThis role is ideal for a hospitality leader ready to grow—someone who takes pride in service standards, team development, and operational excellence./pp /ppstrongWhat You’ll Do/strong/pulliSupport the day-to-day leadership of a full-service, chef-driven restaurant with bar/liliLead Front of House and service execution, ensuring strong floor presence and guest engagement/liliPartner with the Kitchen Manager to maintain food quality, timing, and service flow/liliCoach, develop, and motivate hourly team members and supervisors/liliUphold food safety, alcohol service, and operational compliance standards/liliAssist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and administrative tasks/liliMonitor systems, ticket flow, and operational priorities during service/liliStep in to solve problems quickly while keeping the guest experience front and center/li/ulp /ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For/strong/pulliMinimum 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service environment/liliFull-service dining with bar experience required/liliStrong floor leadership and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings/liliPassion for hospitality, food quality, and service excellence/liliComfortable working with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational tools/liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands/liliAbility to obtain Transport Canada security clearance (5-year background check)/liliHigh School Diploma required;
