We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to help us connect with individuals who may be interested in insurance services.
This role is NOT sales.
Your job is simply to find interested people, get their permission to be contacted, and submit their contact details into our system. A licensed sales representative will handle the consultation and contract process.
Responsibilities
- Find potential clients through your network, community, social media, or daily interactions
- Briefly introduce the service
- Get consent to share contact information
- Submit client details into the company system (Google Sheet)
- Track basic status updates (interested / follow-up / not interested)

Work Location

This job is mostly remote, however applicants must be located in Calgary, AB.
To get started, you will need to meet in person once in Calgary for a short onboarding and setup. After that, all work can be done independently.

Pay: $35,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
