Notre client, une entreprise très stable et bien établie depuis près de 50 ans, est à la recherche d’un(e) Agent(e) de comptes clients. En tant que spécialiste aux recevables, tu auras à prendre en charge les responsabilités suivantes :

• Contribuer aux activités quotidiennes des comptes clients : facturation, suivi des paiements et rappels au besoin.

• Vérifier et concilier les comptes clients pour s’assurer de l’exactitude des informations.

• Participer à la mise à jour des rapports liés aux recevables.

• Communiquer avec les clients pour le suivi des soldes en retard, avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.

• Salaire jusqu’à 57 000 $

• Horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine avec mode hybride

• Participate in the day-to-day activities of accounts receivable: invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reminders when needed.

• Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure information accuracy.

• Help prepare and update receivables reports.

• Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue balances in a professional and courteous manner.

• Salary up to $57,000
