Summary Of Duties
Acrylic fabricator experience requires the following:
Table saw cutting, setup and operation
Drill press set up and operation
Router set up and operation
Bending set up and operation
CNC router operation and programing
Cementing set up
Cementing on mass production
Cementing high-end quality thick Acrylic
Oven Forming molds production and operation
Vacuum and thermoforming equipment operation
Material knowledge of all thermoplastics some are : ABS, Acetal, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, Styrene, PVC, Expanded PVC, Acrylic, etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and some related experience
