Location: GTA West / North York area (facility relocation planned within the GTA)
Compensation & Benefits: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
- Hourly Rate: $40–$50/hour (flexibility up to $53–$54/hour based on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage (90% employer paid)

Shift Availability: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
- Hiring for both Afternoon Shift
Role Overview: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
A well-established industrial organization is seeking an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to support its in-house fleet and mobile equipment operations. This is a replacement role intended to strengthen maintenance coverage and operational reliability.
The position requires a self-sufficient technician capable of working independently, supporting apprentice development, and responding to both in-shop and limited road service needs.
Primary Responsibilities: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on company-owned trucks and trailers
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Address running repairs identified through equipment inspections
- Support maintenance and repair of related equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and cranes when required
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Manage parts usage and support inventory control
- Provide technical guidance to operators and assist in training apprentices
- Participate in occasional road service calls (service vehicle provided)
- Rotate between multiple GTA facilities as needed
Fleet & Work Environment: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
- Fleet size of approximately 30 vehicles
- Primarily heavy-duty vocational trucks
- Majority of work performed in-shop with limited road service requirements
Required Qualifications: 310T Truck & Coach Technician
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licensed (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensing experience
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting apprentice development
- Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment
- Ownership of a basic personal tool set
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
